Question: How do I maintain my chrome wheels?
Answer: Let your rims cool off to help prevent spotting. Then Wash your wheels with mild soap and water on a weekly basis will help keep them nice. Do not use any type of acid or strong cleaning solution on the wheels . A coat of quality car wax on the wheels keeps dirt and brake dust from sticking, making much easier cleaning next time...

Question: What to do upon receipt of rims?
Answer: Dry fit the rims front and rear BEFORE mounting tires to assure correct bolt pattern, offset, hub diameter or any clearance issues.

Policy and Procedures....

Exchanges:

1) Terms & Conditions:

-There are no exchanges or returns on merchandise in used condition, damaged condition, or otherwise in any condition that is not brand-new. If a tire has been mounted, we will not accept exchanges or returns, period. All wheels should be test fitted before mounting tires.

2) Packaging:

-Merchandise must be securely repackaged and in brand new condition as when we shipped.

-All rims that are shipped have a sheet of thin foam with a plastic rim protector over top of the rim. Also, there is an additional piece of cardboard on top to ensure protection. The foam is extremely important when returning as it prevents “box burn” or scratches on the wheel from the cardboard box.

- Most wheels contain center caps, all center caps must be returned as well in the original packaging.

3) My wheels were “Damaged in shipping” Exchange: NO COST

- In the rare event that your merchandise does get damaged during shipping, Wheelkreations will pay for the costs to exchange your damaged product and send your new product. If you notice the product damage contact us immediately. You will be asked to e-mail a high-resolution digital picture of the damage, and once we confirm the damage we will proceed with the exchange. Save all original packaging material for FedEx carrier inspection. The FedEx carrier will then pick up and inspect the damaged merchandise to return to Wheelkreations.

TIMING: If your shipment arrived with damage, you must contact Wheelkreations within 48 hours of receipt to report the damage. After 48hrs of signature required delivery, we will not accept exchanges/returns and will assume that the damage was done in your possession.

4) I was sent the “Wrong Merchandise” Exchange: NO COST

- If Wheelkreations shipped the wrong merchandise, we will pay the costs to get you the correct product.

TIMING: If you received the wrong product or bolt pattern, you must contact the Wheelkreations within 48 hours of receipt to report the issue.

5) It “Doesn’t Fit” Exchange:

- There are many factors that determine wheel fitment including, but no limited to year, make and model for sure but also any custom modifications, such as lifts and leveling kits. In accordance with our fitment guarantee, Wheelkreations will pay for the costs to exchange for a different application of the same product to ensure proper fitment. Our wheel fitment guide is designed for factory vehicle specifications and we will guarantee fitment 100% for only original factory specs. If your vehicle is modified in any form, such as a lift kit or lowering kit, we cannot offer a fitment guarantee as they always require certain offsets and backspace. The Customer is responsible for disclosing (at the time of sale) all modifications to the vehicle to be eligible for No Cost Exchanges.

6) “I don’t like the wheels” Exchange:

- If you don’t like your new wheels for some strange reason, you can exchange them for another wheel of equal or greater value. For this exchange, customers will be responsible for FedEx shipping charges to and from Wheelkreations as well as any difference in price plus all applicable duties and taxes. In addition to all shipping charges to and from, Wheelkreations charges and addition 25% restock fee period. ***See number 1&2 under exchanges

TIMING: Wheelkreations allows 5 calendar days from delivery date to do this type of exchange.

Returns:

1) Terms & Conditions

- We do not accept returns on used or damaged merchandise. All merchandise must be new, and un-mounted. Once a wheel is mounted or installed on a vehicle, they cannot be returned period.

2) Packaging:

A: Merchandise must be securely repackaged and in brand new condition as when we shipped.

3) Fees:

In an event where a customer prefers a return for refund, instead of an exchange, and the merchandise is returned in new condition, the customer will be a charged a 25% restock fee plus all shipping charges to and from Wheelkreations (additional charges may apply for international orders). The restocking fee also applies to shipments that are refused. All packages must arrive in brand new condition with all original packaging or they will not be accepted.

TIMING: Wheelkreations allows 7 calendar days from delivery date for returns for refund.

4) Credits:

-All credits will be given back the way you originally paid (credit card or paypal).

Cancellations:

-Wheelkreations prepares each order specifically for you, the customer. Most often, before your merchandise is shipped to you, items incur shipping, warehouse, and administrative costs. In an event that you cancel an order that we are shipping out of our own facility and have not been picked up by FED EX, we will gladly cancel your order at no cost. In the event that you cancel an order that has been picked up by FED EX or has been drop shipped by our distributors a 10% cancellation fee will apply along with the original shipping cost associated with the cancellation.

Warranty:

All merchandise offered and sold by Wheelkreations is in brand new condition, and is covered by the manufacturer warranty. The manufacturer warranty coverage exists directly between the manufacturer and the customer. Wheelkreations has no say in manufacturer warranty claims, but we can assist you in the direction of receiving a manufacturer warranty, from the manufacturer. Other than applicable manufacturers warranties, there are no other warranties, express or implied.

-All wheels sold have a lifetime structural warranty (bent rims are not included).

-All wheels sold have at least a 1-year finish warranty against manufacturer defects.

The Customer is liable for roundtrip shipping cost for any issues concerning manufacturers warranty.
